Setup Kubuntu Proxy for APT-GET or WGET

Greetings,

This is just a mental post for me. I can never remember where to add the proxy settings for apt-get and wget. There are several places. This one seems to work best with Kubuntuo 7.10

sudo kate /home/test/.bashrc

export http_proxy=http://http.com:8000
export https_proxy=http://https.com:8000
export ftp_proxy=http://ftp.com:8000

NOTE: test is the local user name

Moving Development File

YES - RunUO now works on Linux

YES!!

RunUO v2 SVN 232 is now Linux compatible! A big thanks to the guys over at RunUO, who put in extra effort this weekend to fix the "holes" issues as well as several other bugs that we all have collected over the last few months.

I am running it now and it preforms very well. I am sure that are small bugs here and there, but for the main part it is up and running!

It's 1:00 a.m., I dead tired. I will write more on this and what you need to do to get it going.
