Improvements to RunUO v2 r199

Well it has been awhile since I have received any good news about getting RunUO v2 SVN to work on Linux. I am mainly waiting for a new version of Mono, they are stuck at v1.2.4, which does not work.

I did get a bit of good news from the RunUO bug site. They fixed "AutoSave.cs" (folder structure) and "Common.MAP" (name case issue). This simply means that there will now be two less modification we need to make to get RunUO to work on Linux.

Mono seems to release new version every 4 months or so. Hopefully, we will see one before the end of September.
